Description:

Enablement Content Designer
What can you expect?
As an enablement content Designer you will be creating innovative and engaging enablement content to support our business go to market strategy.
Reporting to the UK Growth Enablement Leaders you will be communicating on the best ways to deliver best in class content whilst ensuring the content is exciting for our internal colleagues.
This role is located within our Growth Enablement team and will collaborate with many other roles including, product managers, sales teams and consultants, marketing.

We will rely on you to:

  • Ensure appropriate content is shown to colleagues in the right place and in the best format
  • Start from discovery and work closely with SMEs, Project Leads and other stakeholders to ensure best in industry content
  • Explain content decisions and work collaboratively
  • Work independently after being given direction by more senior managers
  • Independently identify colleagues issues and needs
  • Be comfortable using evidence, data and research to make content decisions
  • Build relationships across the business to focus on the needs of the colleagues and to influence stakeholders
  • Contribute to and use the style guides and content patterns
  • Engage with and contribute to the cross-Mercer/MMB content community

What you need to have:

  • Experience using Adobe After Effects and creating motion graphics/animation
  • Experience of filming and editing
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced agile environment
