Description:

We are seeking an empowering Enablement Hub Engagement & Coaching Lead to create and embed best practice and process to drive the sales and enhance our revenue support functions. Ensuring our Account Managers and direct sales team have the skills, resources and strategies to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Enablement Hub Manager, this role is a part of the MediaWorks’ Enablement Hub whose purpose is to support the Heads of Direct Radio and their teams ensuring engagement & revenue strategies are implemented to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct sales training matrix development & ongoing measurement of improvement.
  • Implement training initiatives using Mediaworks specialists to empower our Account Managers in a proactive and positive hands-on way.
  • Sales Academy development & implementation.
  • Future Leaders Programme development .
  • VANGUARDS CHAMPION"S LEAGUE execution and ongoing improvement. Creation of new and engaging ways to keep the programme forefront and aspirational.
  • Contribute to Mediaworks Product Suite development.
  • Contribute to Revenue idea generation and execution.
