YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Soft skills

  • B.A. in computer science, information systems or business management and/or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • The ability to communicate well with CAE’s computer users (customers) at all levels
  • The ability to communicate well and work with system administrators and other IT staff
  • Innovation/creativity/responsibility
  • Teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical skills

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the deployment and operation of SCCM (Intune) and related tools, towards end point management and software upgrades
  • Demonstrated experience in service integration and migration
  • Demonstrated experience in service governance
  • Good knowledge of “Active Directory” and related security policies (GPO)
  • Know best practices in IT management (ITIL)
  • Microsoft certifications are an asset
