Description:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor’s degree in any area of applied engineering and minimum of 10+ years of related access control business management experience at global or regional level
- A professional track record of significant project experience and wins in any of the following verticals in the UAE primarily but also Qatar, Kuwait and Oman market is mandatory: Energy, Banking, Telecoms, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education Government, Health and Transportation.
- Excellent communication, analytical and financial skills
- Strong leadership skills with cultural sensitivity and experience in influencing diverse teams
- Ability to think critically and creatively and to contribute in a team environment
- Ability to use the internal and external tools to gather and interpret data
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
- Ability to speak Arabic is a plus and preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
- International travel required in the region hence employee must possess or can acquire a valid Passport and has the ability to travel.
- Able for travel within all key growth regions in the GCC.
Travel can be more than 50%.
Responsibilities:
- Expanding the HID footprint in the Enterprise segment across all access control product categories
- Coherent and consistent project acquisitions where HID Global will act as the “Trusted Advisor” to both the End-user and Influencer communities
- Creating pull-through sales value to the supply channel for HID Global’ s products and services with main focus on Global Business Area of Physical Access Control Solutions and its Strategic Growth Initiatives
