As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled End User Support Consultant to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in Windows 10 support and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in M365 and Azure user administration.
  • Strong background in iOS support.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Highly regarded experience in On-Prem and Exchange Online administration.
  • Familiarity with Intune, MS Teams, SCCM, and PowerShell is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Own transport required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for Windows 10, resolving user issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Administer and support M365 and Azure user accounts, ensuring proper access and security measures are in place.
  • Offer expert assistance for iOS devices, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Apply ITIL principles to support operations and maintain service quality standards.
  • Own and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address end-user needs and improve IT services.
  • Perform On-Prem and Exchange Online administration tasks, including user management and mailbox configurations (highly regarded).
  • Manage and support Intune, ensuring efficient device management and security compliance (highly regarded).
  • Administer MS Teams, facilitating effective collaboration and communication among users (highly regarded).
  • Utilize SCCM for efficient desktop management and software deployment (highly regarded).
  • Leverage PowerShell scripting for automation and task efficiency (highly regarded).
