Description:
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end user computing experience for all users, including the deployment and provision of mobile/desktop device hardware, software builds, user credentials and email services.
- Leading the implementation of end user computing developments, creating project plans and improving processes and efficiencies.
- Proactively reviewing existing services and strategies, including the configuration of Group Policy Objects to create a robust and secure endpoint experience for end users.
- Managing endpoints OS and all application updates via device management tools.
- Leading the process of building desktop images and device provisioning workflows across end-user computing operating systems
