How you make a difference:
The Endpoint Infrastructure team manages IT Asset lifecycle with respect to system administration, security compliance, coordination of hardware repair, imaging, disposal, and refresh of over 11,000 PC’s. This includes SCCM, MDM, Absolute, anti-virus, and imaging tools. Responsibilities for the Endpoint Administrator II include hardware and provisioning for corporate office, advance exchange management, equipment recovery, routine follow-up to end users and IT asset management and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage equipment operations, including receiving, shipping, and disposal, while maintaining compliance with established PARs (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) for inventory reporting.
  • Handle new hire provisioning, encompassing hardware setup, software installation, permission management, and quality assurance testing.
  • Collaborate with vendors and team members to ensure equipment maintenance and repair within service level agreements (SLA).
  • Streamline advance exchange workflows to facilitate smooth end-user experiences and monitor equipment recovery during staff separations using established procedures.
  • Maintain asset procurement, inventory management, and compliance with disposal practices, while ensuring proper tagging, inventory, and accountability for company end user IT assets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Associates Degree in related area from an accredited college preferred or commensurate experience

Experience

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in a technical role.
  • Familiar with basics on PC administration, mobile device management, imaging, project management, and hardware
  • Must be fully able to perform hands on support for assigned projects
  • Ability to speak comfortably with technical and non-technical users
  • Organization and planning skills are a must
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
