JOB OVERVIEW:
we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Energy Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the renewables or energy sector, with a passion for advising on energy and decarbonisation projects. As an Energy Consultant, you will help provide whole systems solutions for clients, guiding them through the transition to renewable energy technologies to reduce reliance on the grid and achieve decarbonisation goals.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of professional experience in the Renewables or Energy sector.
- Excellent professional presentation and a full UK driving licence.
- Strong proficiency in office software, including Excel and Office 365 applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop energy transition strategies for clients to decarbonise using their platform.
- Provide advice on renewable energy technologies, including the installation and maintenance of Biofuel/Biogas Generators, Solar, Wind, Batteries, Boilers, and Heat Pumps.
- Build energy demand predictions using clients’ data and considering their business context.
- Communicate the financial performance, investment risks, and benefits of projects to funders using their platform.
- Collaborate with the development team to suggest new features and enhancements for the platform.
