Energy Manager / Senior Utilities Engineer

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering related qualifications.
• Energy Manager certifications is must & Boiler Steam Engineer certificate would be useful.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries

• Accomplishing equipment performance related results.
• Provide recommendation and equipment optimization initiatives to promote Operational Reliability Improvement and Right First Time strategy on maintenance and utility operations.
• Support utility operation to manage and monitor operation of site-wide utility equipment and systems
• Serves as the Energy manager to submit all regulatory reports to government agencies
• Monitor, trend, analyze energy and water data to improve and optimize usage.
• Support new project development/ implementation by reviewing project plans; discussing utilities requirement with project team/related parties and coordinating resources on inspections and commissioning of new equipment to conform with operational standards.
• Participate and support global initiatives to share/learn best practices and implement improvements to achieve high reliability and reduction in energy/water cost.
• Engage and inspire Utilities Specialist on performance expectations and coach team to meet those expectations using Coaching Skills principles.
• Support project construction and commissioning by reviewing new commissioning plans, discussing equipment needs and modifications with contractors, engineers and consultants, coordinating activities related to utility equipment and systems.
• Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support investigations.
• RESOURCES MANAGED : Utilities budget >USD10 MM
