SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will bring with you:
- Experience as an administrator supporting a manager for a minimum of three years
- Knowledge of effective file management systems
- Competent level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office desktop applications - and competency in digital communication
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in particular writing in English, working with the public and the ability to convey issues concisely and clearly
- Excellent organisational skills,
- Ability to organise events

Responsibilities:
The School of Engineering, Computer & Mathematical Sciences engages with a variety of industries and the wider community. The purpose is to raise the profile of the School’s programmes, students and staff, and connect many stakeholders. Building and maintaining relationships with industry underpins the School’s collaboration and practical learning ethos.
The Engagement Co-ordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the School’s engagement initiatives. This role will support the External Engagement Manager and be responsible for delivering support to the day-to-day administration, supporting a wide variety of events, as well as maintaining our relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
