Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an Engagement Coordinator for a 12 months fixed-term commencing this July, to provide high-level administrative support and advice for engagement activities, with a focus on the granting of qualifications, and to provide a client-centric service to students, alumni, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure complete accuracy of data and records of qualifications awarded by the university.
• Manage the graduation documentation for University Council meetings.
• Advise on and assist with the organisation and management of graduation ceremonies and orientation activities, before and during the event.
• Communicate effectively with people attending graduation, providing timely and accurate advice.
• Prepare and update all communication channels including website, social media, and e-marketing material, such as newsletters and invitations, using Campaign Monitor.
• Respond to enquiries of verification for graduates.
• Maintain administrative processes and systems.
