KEY COMPETENCIES / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Relevant Degree in Marketing and/or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing environment
  • Ability to translate technical or regulatory information into engaging content
  • Proficient in email marketing tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Possess a proactive and curious mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web content management systems

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

As The Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will manage all product and regulatory communication for both internal and external audiences, including Australian Ethical customers and financial intermediaries. You will plan and execute communications across various mediums such as email, website, and the contact centre. Additionally, you collaborate with the Customer team to enhance regular engagement communications and automate journeys effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Campaign & Communications Implementation

  • Creating and implementing communication strategies for financial products such as superannuation, insurance, and managed funds
  • Coordinating communication across various channels and managing the delivery of assets and reports
  • Obtaining approvals and feedback from stakeholders, analysing audience data to identify trends, and ensuring the accuracy of product information on external review platforms

Stakeholder Management

  • Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing the Customer team’s strategy for product and regulatory communications
  • Working closely with the Product team to grasp upcoming communication needs and effectively communicate communication plans

Compliance

  • Adhering to internal risk and compliance approval processes
  • Ensuring Data Privacy and PII guidelines are adhered to, as relates to our customer’s data
  • Working with sensitive information and working to processes in a regulated environment
