JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director, the Engagement Specialist will support two primary lines of business for Prime Hires and Robertson & Company Ltd., This role entails managing various administrative tasks including onboarding, conducting background checks, overseeing contractor engagement, drafting correspondence, compiling reports, conducting audits, and managing email communications. The role requires maintaining a high standard of customer service and engagement with candidates, contractors, and team members across both lines of business.
Job Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as people skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, contractors, team members, and executives.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint). Proficient in Adobe and other systems.
