My client is a rapid-growth engine leasing company that requires a compliance manager to join their team in Shannon.
REQUIREMENTS
- At Least five years’ experience in a relevant role (compliance/risk/audit)
- Ideally, engine leasing or aircraft leasing or experience from a corporate services provider
- Degree in business administration or relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication skills as the position requires effective collaboration with senior management, business teams, and shareholders.
- Project management skills with an ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist the VP to ensure sufficient processes, policies, and procedures to deliver a compliant culture.
- Develop/review internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for evaluating, organizing, and maintaining up-to-date client due diligence documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of all regulatory and AML filings.
- Coordinate monthly compliance meetings.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements for a portfolio of aircraft leasing entities.
- Monitor compliance risks, requirements, and training.
- Engage in aircraft leasing working groups focused on compliance matters.
- Accurately record all lease and contract details in the company’s lease management system.
