REQUIREMENTS

• At Least five years’ experience in a relevant role (compliance/risk/audit)
• Ideally, engine leasing or aircraft leasing or experience from a corporate services provider
• Degree in business administration or relevant discipline.
• Excellent communication skills as the position requires effective collaboration with senior management, business teams, and shareholders.
• Project management skills with an ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and presentation skills

• Assist the VP to ensure sufficient processes, policies, and procedures to deliver a compliant culture.
• Develop/review internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for evaluating, organizing, and maintaining up-to-date client due diligence documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of all regulatory and AML filings.
• Coordinate monthly compliance meetings.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements for a portfolio of aircraft leasing entities.
• Monitor compliance risks, requirements, and training.
• Engage in aircraft leasing working groups focused on compliance matters.
• Accurately record all lease and contract details in the company’s lease management system.
