Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for an Engineer – Architect 26349.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of personal deliveries according to project plans, procedures, and established routines.
  • Contributing to updating Architect discipline procedures.
  • Monitoring the delivery quality from predecessors and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Preparing and ensuring the correct quality of job packages in line with project requirements.
  • Conducting design verification in the 3D model.
  • Implementing the building method in the Architect Fab.
  • Conducting engineering tasks.
  • Allocating job packages to facilitate construction-friendly execution in production.
  • Verifying engineering and vendor documentation and communicating any discrepancies to suppliers.
  • Upholding high standards of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) and quality throughout the work.
  • Seeking continual improvement of work processes and products within the designated responsibility area.
  • Ensuring implementation of all changes in the work packages.
  • Integrating Lessons Learned from previous projects and facilitating experience transfer.
  • Contributing to interface management with relevant disciplines, planning departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and production.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s, Bachelor’s, or technical education is preferred, but relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
  • Theoretical knowledge and understanding of architectural insulation, ceilings, walls, doors, raised access floors, etc., and their respective requirements.
  • Familiarity with project documents, standards, and specifications.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethics and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in software such as MIPS, CCS, and 3D modeling tools.
  • Effective communication skills in both Norwegian and English, with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Specifications:
