We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will perform on-site installs, servicing and repairs on a range of water systems and equipment, at customer sites, including NHS renal wards and dialysis units within a designated territory.

The role will cover the North West & Yorkshire and so candidates living in Sheffield and Manchester area are most ideally located with the requirement to provide support to the wider Team. This role will require daily travel and overnight stays with unsociable hours including occasional weekend work. Due to the nature of the role, it requires an on-call element which includes the weekend.

Responsibilities:
- Performing on-site repairs and servicing of the reverse osmosis water systems in customer and B. Braun units.
- Meeting key performance indicators, including repair turn-around times, PPM completion and uptime.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and policies
- Providing cover and support for colleagues nationwide when required
- Developing strong relationships and partnerships with customers and B. Braun sales team.
- Contribute to proactively seeking to improve the processes and service provided by the B. Braun Water Systems business
