Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years’ experience as an engineer/engine driver working onboard boats above 2000BHP.
- Able to stay onboard on a weekly basis for Day/Night watch
- Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring an efficient running of gensets/diesel engines and all machineries properly maintained.
- Attend to breakdowns as well as providing prompt accurate feedback where major repair/troubleshooting is required.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate spares, tools and equipment for minor repairs.
- Ensuring that engine log are updated daily and properly maintained.
- Ensuring that the safe work procedure and RA are adhered at all times.
- Participating in the weekly safety walkabout for hazard reporting and identification.
- Facilitate work at mooring stations during operations when required by Master Coordinator.
- Apply and manage permit to work related to maintenance, repair and bunkering.
