Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop machining process, jigs/fixtures and tooling.
  • Generate routing, production inspection plan and tool list
  • Provide machining quotation.
  • Provides timely support in failure analysis and troubleshooting to production in resolving quality and process

problems.

  • Monitor, review and analyses process yield. Implements corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provides engineering support in Work Instructions.
  • Review and approve status of First Article parts for machining processes.
  • Implement process improvement to improve yield and cycle time
  • Program for CNC machining
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Six Sigma
  • Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis ( PFMEA)
  • Problem Solving Tool
  • Good communication skills
