Responsibilities:
You are a global technical expert and jointly responsible for expansion of competences within process development while focusing on electric power supply and industrial automation
You are familiar with constructive and calculatory planning of apparatus and plants as well as elaborating complex network and circuit diagrams
In global teams you work out concepts for process development and investment projects incl. budget responsibility, HSE-responsibility. You ensure in-time and in-budget implementation and assessment and present results
You review new trends regarding chances, risks, feasibility and potential for innovation and implement them in projects
By implementing innovative solutions, you push our corporate digitalization course
As regarded sparring partner, you drive the global information exchange with stakeholders of plants and implement together new processes, production technologies and optimization measures
You support partner departments, e.g. production engineering, HSE, R&D and OE
Qualifications:
You have a university degree in the field of industrial automation or electrical engineering (Master or Dipl.-Ing.)
You are a target-oriented team player and take up challenges. You have a solution-oriented and structured way of working
You have initial experiences in technical project management – methodical and practical
You are an autonomous, reliable and flexible person possessing strong communications skills, confident behavior as well as intercultural competencies
Excellent language skills in German and English
Willingness to travel globally coupled with entrepreneurial spirit and courage to out of the box thinking
