EDUCATION:

  • GED or high school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of the biotechnology industry is helpful

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in GLP/GMP environment preferred
  • Proven understanding of work order management system (Maximo) preferred
  • Customer service
  • Digital literacy

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to consistently follow detailed procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (with heightened proficiency in Excel) and experience using other computer software programs

Responsibilities:

  • In client’s validated system [Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo], efficiently and accurately develop and plan work orders for non GMP assets to meet or exceed all contracted performance metrics and to align with client request or PD procedures
  • Verify and route work orders varying by work type, client request, or PD requirements
  • Ensure data integrity of all work order information
  • Coordinates vendor, mechanic, electrician and/or instrumentation support for installation, maintenance, calibration, and/or troubleshooting
  • Provide data/information as needed to support internal and external audits
  • Generate and modify Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with varying ranges of datasets to catalog vital updates to system data
