• To assist the Project Manager for the following activities but not limited to:
• Participate proactivity in Exyte Incident Free Workplace (IFW) programme
• Support day-to-day project management, construction and turn-over activities

EXPLORE YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare presentations for Client, Management, etc
• Lead meetings on project Manager’s behalf
• Assist on project statutory requirements & authority submission
• Assist on project administration
• Participate, conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
• Ensure that submittals are obtained, reviewed, and approved, and that materials and equipment are released for fabrication in time for delivery as required
• Assist on establishing, monitoring, checking and updating Project plans, budgets, programmes and resources requirements
