POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities:

  • Determine root causes of technical issues and develop flawless solutions; collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement new processes and technologies;
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively addressing and resolving intricate technical issues,
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, Third Party Comntractors and customer to meet serivce objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering preferably within the biomedial or scientific instrumentation arena
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a customer-focused environment
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and maintaining scientific instruments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to travel up to 30% of your time interstate
