POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities:
- Determine root causes of technical issues and develop flawless solutions; collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement new processes and technologies;
- Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively addressing and resolving intricate technical issues,
- Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, Third Party Comntractors and customer to meet serivce objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering preferably within the biomedial or scientific instrumentation arena
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a customer-focused environment
- Proficiency in diagnosing and maintaining scientific instruments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to travel up to 30% of your time interstate
