- Determining manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, and material handling
- Successfully implementing process control techniques and improving manufacturing efficiencies
- Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure flawless execution of projects
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve manufacturing-related issues
- Competing in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Providing technical guidance and support to manufacturing personnel
Responsibilities:
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
