Engineer (Immediate/ Boon Lay)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To report to the System Lead/Team Lead/Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement.
• Assist Team/System Lead in managing Project cost and overall administration for project delivery
• Responsible for Contract Fulfillment
• Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions /procedures.
• To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions /procedures, involving diagnosis & replacement of equipment/module/component at sites and/orworkshop.
• Liaison with Procurement and equipment vendors
• 24/7 standby for fault activation
• Arrange and conduct monthly meeting with customers.
• Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration controland management and obsolescence management as well as O&A services.
• Liaise and manage sub-contracting jobsCandidates will be required to travel to multiple sites within Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent(candidates with lesser academic qualifications/experience maybe considered for other positions)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar engineering- related capacity (candidates with lesser experience/fresh graduates maybe considered for other positions)
• Positive work ethics and team player
• Takes ownership of responsibilities
• Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments
• Able to work effectively in an outdoor environment
• Inquisitive and a self-starter in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns).
• Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be added advantage.
• Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (RadioCommunications, basic Networking skills, UPS). Other Engineering -related experience maybe considered.
• Experience and/or certifications in either CCNA, will be added advantage.
• WSH Certifications (i.e. Work-at-Height, etc) will be added advantage.
