Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Engineer 1 participates in the design of Cascade Aerospace’s repairs, modifications, project developments and MRO activities. She/he assists in the development of engineering data packages and drawings, and participates with and consults with various personnel in the organization during the application of their duties.

EDUCATION
- Degree in Engineering, ideally with a focus in aeronautical or aerospace engineering, or in lieu of a degree;
- Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical or Avionics Engineering Technology
EXPERIENCE
- 0-2 years’ experience within the aerospace industry or related field
- Experience in engineering product design, analysis, and airworthiness certification related to aeronautical product developments and aircraft modification considered an asset
Responsibilities:

Participate in the design of Cascade Aerospace’s repairs, modifications and project developments in accordance with the Design Approval Procedure’s Manual (DAPM) and other departmental procedures and standards.
Assist in the development of engineering data packages to support airworthiness certification and other department’s purposes.
Participate in the administrative activities of the engineering department.
Be familiar with and ensure that all conduct is in accordance with Cascade Aerospace’s Human Resources safety and security policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
