Overview:
This position will play a crucial role in the modernization of our Mobile Device and PC management strategy by developing and maturing our Mobile Device Management infrastructure, implementing new Modern Management strategies and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Administration of the Mobile Device Management environment, creation of compliance and configuration profiles, package and deploy application to iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows and Chrome devices. Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for anything related to software packaging and deployment.
  • Provide escalated technical support and training for Tier I and Tier II technical personnel. Troubleshoots to resolve customer issues in accordance with priorities set forth by the department.
  • Create and maintain required documentation to track the current configuration of the MDM environment. Update and complete support tickets for all issue worked. Ensure the appropriate change process is followed before making any changes to the environment. Document and review recommended best practices to aid in continuous improvement and decreasing mean time to repair (MTTR).
  • Support migrations to Windows 10 and Mac OSX using Intune, as well as upgrades of iOS devices.
  • Contribute to current and future product development; provide timely, effective, clear, and concise communications. Create and publish reports to leadership, showing stability, uptime and other systems statuses.

Minimum Wage: USD $69,000.00/Yr. Maximum Wage: USD $117,000.00/Yr. Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or at least 2 years of equivalent work or education-related experience is required.
  • High level knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, PowerShell Active Directory. With a working knowledge of Exchange, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience in integrating existing System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure with Intune, managing PCs, Macs, and Unix/Linux servers, as well as mobile devices from a single management console, while building on existing investments and skills.
  • Shell scripting is required. PowerShell scripting, Windows/ batch script development and troubleshooting is required.
  • Good understanding on Windows Firewall, group policies and security.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is XX% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
