Description:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
Bachelor’s degree in IT.
4-6 years of relevant experience supporting mobile devices.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration.
Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices in a corporate environment.
Extensive knowledge of MDM platforms including but not limited to Intune and Airwatch.
Knowledge in supporting Dell Wyse management platform will be considered as a strong asset.
Extensive knowledge in Azure Entra.
Knowledge in Vulnerability management and remediation on an MDM level.
Excellent teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills.
High level of oral and written communication skills in English with the aim of providing effective support to IT technicians.
Responsibilities:
Keep up standardized, consistent and secure mobile device platforms.
Analyse and follow up the constant evolution of Cloud MDM solutions and define the MDM roadmap for Cargolux/LCH
Keep packages up to date and consistent.
Define procedures, provide training, and create support documentation for the IT support.
Facilitate integration and support of new managed corporate devices (Interactive screens, tablets, smartphones, etc…)
Support the Mobile Device Management platforms, ensuring the effective support of mobile devices hardware, software and cloud services, to deploy, manage, track and audit mobile devices.
Provide the end user support group training and documentation to ensure end user mobile devices support, deployment, management, tracking and auditing of mobile devices.
Ensure 24/7 support of business-critical system by integrating the on call escalation team (on a rotation scheme)
