By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to be a part of a highly skilled team within Subsea Technical Integrity and Maintenance which is responsible for inspection, maintenance and integrity of dynamic risers and flexible pipes in operation.
The team performs a wide range of complex tasks under integrity and maintenance management.
Typical tasks within Integrity Management:
- Ensure sufficient integrity of flexible risers and flowlines to maintain safe operation and risk management.
- Deliver integrity status and corrective mitigating measures.
- Take ownership of the technical lifetime plans for flexible risers and flowlines.
- Initiate and/or execute necessary analyses within the discipline.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and decision makers to establish and propose technical solutions and operational limits.
- Take an active part in improvements and innovative solutions on operating assets.
Typical tasks within Maintenance Management:
- Establish, maintain, and improve preventive maintenance programs.
- Initiate and follow up maintenance activities and implement new inspection methods.
- Identify compensating and corrective measures in the event of non-conformance and weaknesses, and follow-up that the measures are implemented.
The team provide operational support for all facilities on the Norwegian continental shelf as well as internationally. As part of the team you will participate in operational challenges and troubleshooting in addition to be involved in modifications and projects. Dynamic risers and flexible pipes competence cover bonded and unbonded pipes, steel catenary risers in addition to top tension risers.

- Bachelor or master’s degree with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Long experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
- Good collaboration and relational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.
- Good understanding and management of risk.
- Good operational understanding.
