Engineer or Technician (Calibration Managment)

• To manage instrument calibration program for site and ensure for all required instruments shall be maintained in the calibrated state.
• To support facilities & engineering equipment Maintenance, spares management and drawings management.
• A person shall have hands on experience of instruments calibrations.
• A person shall prefer to have experience in calibration management of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment like Tablet compression machines, Granulation system, Tablet coating machines. Compressed air system, Purified water system, HVAC system, Fire protection system and waste management.
• A person shall support to achieve site financial objectives through efficient utility operation, cost improvement actions and optimal cost options.
• To perform techno commercial evaluations of consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Complying with operational and personnel standards, regulatory and statutory requirements to ensure efficient, reliable, and uninterrupted operation.
• Ensure the site’s facilities are maintained to the highest standards for cGMP requirements.
• Responsible for development SOPs and quality standard for site with following of site QMS procedures.
• Ensure to meet required the regulatory requirements (e.g. HSA, FDA etc.) and keep the site audit ready all the time.
• Responsible for managing a team of vendors / contractors.
• To assist on any ah-hoc duties that been assigned / task by the immediate superior.
