We are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer with HME experience to join our Brockman 4 mining operations on a 5/3/4/3 roster FIFO from Perth
Working with the latest in technology and innovation, you will use defect elimination and reliability engineering processes to improve asset performance, predominantly for the heavy mobile and ancillary equipment.
Reporting to the Senior Engineer you will:
- Lead and support investigations into asset failures and performance, including root cause analysis (RCA)
- Leverage equipment performance data to successfully identify and implement reliability improvement initiatives
- Recommend and implement tactics designed to support high levels of asset safety, reliability, and integrity
- Provide technical engineering support to the site maintenance execution teams
- Actively contribute to asset strategy by developing asset lifecycle plans and zero-based budgets for mobile equipment
- Execute both technical and process-based projects derived to improve the performance of the fleet
- Monitor and analyse the performance of our assets and review primary/ secondary maintenance tasks to improve asset reliability and cost
