Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business process owners, key users, consultants and project managers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas of improvement and optimizations.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology or related field.
- Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- Proven experience (1 year +) working as Solution architecture/application support, preferably in ERP system
- Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with consultants or functional team and/or business process owners to develop system/solutions that meet business requirements.
- Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing as well as post implementation support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications and user guide. Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide Business application support and manage escalation process of issues to L2 and L3 team (consultants)
- Manage change request and ensure all changes comply to change management policy
