Overview:
Gray AE is looking to add a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) designation
- Minimum of 10 years related experience
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary design teams and the ability to mentor junior engineers and designers to help them advance their technical skills.
- Strong aptitude in engineering design.
- Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM360, Plant 3D, Microsoft Office).
- Well developed, detail oriented organizational skills.
- Ability to work with management to set and achieve goals based on the client’s priorities and project objectives.
- Support internal and external customers.
- Ability to work as part of a design team as well as independently.
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; as well as other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000 to $150,000.
