You will be part of a team of 50 skilled and experienced colleagues in the centre Refrigeration and Heat Pump Technology. We work innovatively and creatively to apply knowledge and achieve sustainable commercial solutions.
We are offering an exciting workplace with flexible working hours where you will have freedom with responsibilities and have a say in the decision-making process. The centre is located in both Taastrup and Aarhus, and we are looking for colleagues at both locations.

• Facilitating new heat pump design and testing of the heat pump of tomorrow.
• Explaining European and Danish regulation to support companies in achieving compliance with regulation.
• Making guidelines to support energy efficient implementation of heat pumps.
• Enabling the transition to natural refrigerants such as propane and CO2 in heat pumps.
• Designing heat pumps with a focus on circular economy aspects such as material efficiency, maintenance, and recycling.
• Creating digital twins for heat pumps to ensure optimal heat pump operation and flexible operation to support the grid.
