You will be part of a team of 50 skilled and experienced colleagues in the centre Refrigeration and Heat Pump Technology. We work innovatively and creatively to apply knowledge and achieve sustainable commercial solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating new heat pump design and testing of the heat pump of tomorrow.
  • Explaining European and Danish regulation to support companies in achieving compliance with regulation.
  • Making guidelines to support energy efficient implementation of heat pumps.
  • Enabling the transition to natural refrigerants such as propane and CO2 in heat pumps.
  • Designing heat pumps with a focus on circular economy aspects such as material efficiency, maintenance, and recycling.
  • Creating digital twins for heat pumps to ensure optimal heat pump operation and flexible operation to support the grid.
  • Training for professionals and engineers/fitters
