THE OPPORTUNITY

We are actively seeking an Engineering Administrative Coordinator to join our Engineering team in Swift Current, SK. In this role you will provide support and perform work associated with data processing activities. Work requires judgment and initiative. You will acquire the necessary skills to enable prompt and efficient preparation of computer assisted data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of administration experience, ideally supporting a technical function/team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills - written, spoken, listening.
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
• Able to prioritize and plan.

• The data entry for the Engineering team and supporting other areas within the group.
• Focus on reducing current engineering change request (ECR) backlog.
• Completing open administrative ECR tasks, where engineering activity not required.
• Support upcoming Project Advance tasks (i.e. part description consolidation, new part number system, etc.)
• Client inquiry assistance will be a key component within this position.
• Other duties as assigned to assist with team requirements.
