Engineering Apprentice (Level 3)

Apprenticeships at Malvern Panalytical
Engineering apprentices will work towards formal apprenticeship qualifications whilst making a valuable contribution to the business under the guidance of experienced mentors, line managers and tutors. Together, apprentices will develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits needed to excel in their careers.
After completing initial training at Hereford & Worcester Group Training the apprentice will have a structured programme across the core engineering departments to understand the different functions while developing an in-depth knowledge of Malvern Panalytical’s products, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
Experience
- An enthusiasm for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths
Desired Qualifications
- English and Maths GCSE grade 4(C) or higher
- Science GCSE grade 4(C) or higher (desirable)
- A-Level in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics related discipline(desirable but not essential)

- Positive attitude, motivated, enthusiastic.
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Reliable and organised
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams)
Role overview
Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Length: Four years (start date September 2024)
Location: Worcester (First year), Malvern (Second, third and fourth year)
