Engineering Beginners Program

During our Engineering Beginners Program, you’ll have the chance to make friends, meet new and interesting people, learn new stuff in your area of expertise and not the least … gaining experience for your future job.
The program consist in joining for 6 - 24 months (part-time or full-time program) in our Research & Development Engineering division and building up your level of experience and expertise by following a personal and professional development curricula.

We are looking for students & recently graduates in technical fileds like Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Mechatronics, Materials Sience, Product Design or Automotive Engineering who will provide support to our colleagues in their activities. You can join one of bellow departments from our R&D:

• Product Development
• Testing Laboratory
• Prototypes
• Project Quality
• Program Management
• Change Management
• Customer Engineering
