• Managing the teams of Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, and Utilities Engineering
• Defining the department structure and budget
• Setting the objectives and doing the follow-up of the different teams’ activities, ensuring they are compliant to the EU and US GMP and fostering their improvement
• Identifying and implementing engineering projects in conformity with the future capacity strategy.
