Responsibilities:

This is an opportunity to make a real impact on our company culture and Engineering community.
In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping, integrating, and uplifting the engineering practices throughout IAG. Leading organisational change management, branding, and graduate program coordinators, you’ll drive initiatives to strengthen engineering culture, promote best practices, and standardize processes. Your focus will be on advocating for developers and nurturing relationships as the representative voice of engineers. You will also oversee technical career pathways, manage the tech academy, and foster a culture of innovation within engineering teams.
You’ll establish, maintain and regularly publish an engineering NPS and use that to develop and prioritise your program of work. You will collaborate with HR team to monitor outcomes related to diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing. Working closely with managers from Engineering Platforms and SDLC & Governance, you will champion sustainable engineering excellence to ensure that IAG maintains a leading position in the industry.
This is a full-time permanent role, open for the Sydney and Melbourne location.
