Our client is recruiting for an Engineering Delivery Lead, to spearhead across one of more agile cross-functional teams dedicated to driving end-to-end delivery of technology products and services. Your role is pivotal in nurturing strong relationships with product owners and business analysts to ensure delivery excellence using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

*WHAT YOU WILL DO:*

  • Act as a technical and people leader, ensuring quality, performance, and security in technology delivery.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and lead the development of modern, cloud-native solutions.
  • Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of team assets, from creation to maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Provide visionary leadership to your team, aligning them with broader strategic objectives and fostering a positive, supportive culture.
  • Manage resource allocation proactively based on project demands and timelines.
  • Drive financial accountability within your team, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
  • Champion continuous improvement and agile governance, motivating your team to innovate and enhance productivity.

  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, integrating continuous integration and delivery practices.
  • Lead by example, removing obstacles and optimizing team dynamics for better velocity and efficiency.

  • Liaise effectively with internal and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Steer your team through financial, operational, and governance aspects, ensuring all practices align with strategic goals.
