WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more of the following languages/frameworks: React/Angular, Node/Next.js,python/Django
  • Hands-on development and deployment experience in AWS or Azure using serverless functions or EC2
  • Experience with RESTful & GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with microservices architectures
  • Familiarity with dev tools such as Github, Jira, CFT, Terraform
  • DB experience with relational or noSQL such as PostgreSQL, , MySQL, Redshift, MongoDB, Redis
  • Familiarity with cloud-based logging, monitoring, and security tools

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding engineers on enterprise technologies and solutions
  • Facilitating and leading client project scope discussions with the ability to understand and articulate the business impact of proposed solutions
  • Leveraging new and emerging technologies to fulfill project requirements and business objectives
  • Mapping project requirements to technical tasks for the engineering team
  • Writing and reviewing software code
  • Writing client-readable technical architecture documentation
  • Enforcing development best practices with the engineering team – proper code branching, code reviews, unit tests, and environment setup
  • Leading all phases of software development including design, development, testing, and support
