QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional coding experience.
• Proven experience in HaaS & SaaS.
• Experience managing project deliverables, scope & expectations.
• Excited about building clean, deployable code in a results-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in English;
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential.
• Technical knowledge with a focus on RESTful API development.
• Experience with React Native is a plus.

• Provide technical leadership, guiding projects in line with company goals and standards.
• Actively contribute to coding and software development, maintaining high standards of code quality and efficiency.
• Build and manage a growing development team, including hiring and mentoring junior developers.
• Oversee project timelines and resource management to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Solve complex technical challenges and make innovative decisions under pressure.
