Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of engineering and maintenance operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals and contribute to the success and growth of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and address issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities and support production schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Manage the engineering budget effectively, controlling costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Oversee capital projects from conception to completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain the CAPEX budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to safety, environmental standards, and quality assurance.
