- We are looking for someone who is a technical leader in Retail domain & who can build and manage development teams
Responsibilities:
Job Title: Engineering Director
Key Responsibilities:
- They will manage a team of engineers across multiple projects and workstreams building and delivering projects for Ascendion.
- They should have solid design and architecture skills, should be able to work with the team to build the right architectures, manage customer conversations, discussions about project status, drive the team to achieve goals and deliverables and be able to roll up their sleeves and help their team out with a complex architectural or design issue.
- They will review code and set the engineering standards and drive team performance.
- Leadership, experience managing project teams, customer relationship management and architecture/roll up their sleeve attitude is important and critical for this role.
Minimum Qualification:
- We are looking for someone who is a technical leader in Retail domain & who can build and manage development teams.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $180000 - $220000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
