KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager with vast expertise in Golang, API design, REST principles, modern cloud architectures, testing techniques…
• Good to have previous experience with GCP, startup environments, and the financial/payments industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on conveying precise and accurate information
• Demonstrated previous success in leading teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with a focus on technical excellence
• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing software development best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, with a focus on meticulous planning and execution
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, coupled with a detail-oriented approach
• Demonstrate passion for technology and for continuous learning and improvement

• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers with a focus on technical excellence
• Effectively communicate in English with all levels of the organization
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity (by collecting metrics regularly), emphasizing precision, accuracy, and quality in software development processes, while focusing on delivering measurable results
• Drive the execution of technical projects with a strong emphasis on delivering results that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals, ensuring that solutions are thoroughly tested and well-documented
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
