Our solutions are employed globally in a broad range of areas including materials science and cell biology, with special emphasis in 3D sample preparation. To be successful in this position it is expected that the candidate is willing to get hands-on with assembly and reverse engineering of the existing instruments to gain a thorough understanding of the instruments, to enable to push for continuous improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a role involving technical service of laboratory and research equipment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
• Flexibility to travel internationally if required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to live and work in Singapore.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of electro-mechanical equipment and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product, Design, and Quality Assurance) to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and product quality.
