We are excited to welcome a passionate Engineering Manager with strong Java experience (all genders) to join our “Quick Commerce” team. You will play an essential role in developing our next-generation platform and expanding our delivery services to include new products like groceries, pharmaceuticals, flowers, and more.

YOUR HEROIC SKILLS:

• Strong background in software development, with hands-on experience in Backend Tech(Java or Kotlin) Java or Kotlin expert in the context of distributed systems and services: 4+ years of experience in Spring Boot or similar Java Frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience in large-scale applications.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical team, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Ability to design architectures that perform efficiently at scale.
• Experience with data management platforms, including data processing, storage, and analytics tools.
• Commitment to agile software processes, data-driven development, reliability, and disciplined experimentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Commitment to contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
