Engineering Manager - Connectors Platform

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Connectors Platform team in Helsinki.
Connectors Platform team is responsible for Codeless and Hybrid Connectors frameworks — it allows to streamline API integration development by abstracting away the complexities of coding, enabling users to connect different applications and services without writing code.
With the high impact of all of our products, the Connectors Platform team is a highly important part of the whole success of Supermetrics.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Lead a strong team of highly skilled and hard-working individuals who strive to share insights and suggestions
• Build and maintain frameworks that are responsible for driving coded, codeless, and hybrid connectors
• Work with product and other development teams to deliver features and improvements
• Work closely with other teams in the connectors group and across the organization. As a Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Having dailies with the team
• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting with problem-solving, code reviews, and architectural decisions
• Working with the product manager and other stakeholders on building backlog, setting priorities, resolving blockers, resource allocation
• Continuously evaluating and improving engineering processes and practices to increase efficiency, quality, and team productivity
• Reporting progress/issues/blockers
• Coordinating cross-team work and collaboration
• Having 1-on-1s with team members and coaching them
