As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading an experienced team of engineers, shaping and influencing architecture decisions, introducing new technologies, and assisting in the expansion of the team.

• Leading a team of experienced engineers within the Crime Fighting domain
• Collaborating closely with Product Management to translate the product roadmap into actionable engineering delivery plans
• Owning the engineering team’s execution plan, deliverables, and quality
• Mentoring and coaching engineers to foster professional growth and development
• Cultivating a positive team culture and work environment
• Ensuring the delivery of domain-specific technology that aligns with TransferGo’s overarching engineering strategy
• Advocating for engineering excellence by establishing key metrics and promoting continuous operational enhancements
• Actively participating in the evolution and implementation of TransferGo’s engineering strategy, contributing to foundational reworks within your domain
