This makes us the #1 leasing platform in Germany. To ensure that we continue to be in the fast lane, we are looking for you as a new member of our racing team at our Düsseldorf location.
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager (m/f/d) to lead one of our Web Development Teams. The team consists of full-stack engineers working with PHP, Node.js, TypeScript, ReactJS/NextJS etc., running on AWS. You will provide leadership and guidance to all members to all members in your team, focus on the team’s productivity, and strive to increase the impact of your team’s work every day.

Responsibilities:
- Empower your team and create a safe and inclusive environment, help people to grow

- Team up with your recruitment colleagues to attract the best talent that fits your team and our company
