REQUIREMENTS:

• We’re looking for someone with around 5 years of core engineering experience in FMCG, along with prior experience managing a team.
• While a mechanical bias is preferred, we’ll also consider candidates with a multiskilled background.
• A degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required.

• As the Engineering Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our production processes.
• You’ll lead a team of 5 multi-skilled engineers, focusing on reducing downtime and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Collaborating closely with our projects team, you’ll play a key role in expanding our capacity and shaping the future of our company.
